You must be 18 or older to use Phiwi. All listings must be genuine and faith-aligned. You own your content but give us permission to display it. We can remove content or accounts that violate our guidelines. We are not liable for the actions of individual members and users or the accuracy of their listings. These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
By accessing or using Phiwi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Phiwi. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to list any business or organisation on the Platform.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to Phiwi. By submitting content, you grant Phiwi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit all content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Platform to post, transmit or promote content that:
Phiwi reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We are not obligated to provide reasons for removal or termination.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Phiwi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any listing or user-submitted content. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Phiwi is a directory service. We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct or representations of any listed business, organisation or individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phiwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
