Community Guidelines

By joining Phiwi, every member agrees to uphold these standards — not just as rules, but as an expression of the values we all share. These guidelines apply to all members and users on the platform.

Faith & Respect

Phiwi is a Christian platform. All content must reflect dignity, respect and integrity consistent with that foundation.

Treat every member as you would want to be treated — with kindness and respect
Content must be consistent with Christian values and not contradict core biblical principles
Respectful dialogue across denominational differences is welcome and encouraged
No harassment, bullying, mockery or contempt toward any person is allowed

Listing Standards

Every listing on Phiwi must meet these requirements:

Businesses, events, music and books must be genuinely faith-aligned and operated with integrity
All information must be accurate, up to date and honestly represented
No fake reviews, misleading claims or exaggerated promises
Profile photos and listing images must be appropriate and not offensive
Prices, availability and contact details must be current and correct

What Is Not Allowed

The following content and behaviour will result in immediate removal from the platform:

Explicit, sexual, violent or graphic content of any kind
Hate speech, discrimination or content that demeans any person or group
Scams, fraud, fake listings or impersonation of another person or business
Spam, unsolicited advertising or mass messaging other members
Content promoting illegal activity, gambling, alcohol or substances
Political campaigning or content unrelated to faith and community
Any content that misrepresents a faith-based affiliation

Violations will result in content removal, account suspension or permanent banning. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities. Phiwi administrators have final discretion in all decisions.

Messaging & Communication

Use the messaging system only for genuine, respectful business or ministry enquiries
Do not solicit, spam or send unsolicited promotional messages
Any form of harassment through messaging will result in immediate removal of your account
Keep all communication professional and consistent with Christian conduct

Your Responsibility

While Phiwi does its part to maintain a safe and trustworthy community through identity verification, listing reviews and clear community guidelines, members and users are encouraged to exercise their own due diligence when interacting with others on the platform.

Reporting Violations

Whether on or off the platform, Phiwi cannot guarantee the conduct of every individual. Users engage with the platform and its members at their own discretion. If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, report it to us or the relevant authorities immediately.

Updates to These Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated from time to time as Phiwi grows. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updated guidelines. Last updated: March 2026.
