What happens if I don't renew?
Your listings will be removed from the directory once your billing cycle ends. Your account stays active as a member and you can resubscribe anytime to begin submitting listings again.
How do annual listing credits work?
You get 30 credits to use however you like across 12 months. Each listing you publish uses one credit. When your year ends, active listings are removed and unused credits expire.
Can I switch from Elevate to Legacy?
Yes. First, cancel your current plan then subscribe to your new plan. Your listings will stay live until your current cycle ends.
How does the Featured section work?
The Phiwi team hand-picks listings to feature based on quality, relevance and community impact. All active members on either plan are eligible. Featured listings also appear in The Noblite, the official newsletter of our trusted partner, Noble Media Network.
